What to include, depending on your question
Most enquiries are resolved in one exchange when the message carries the identifying details up front.
Registration and approval
Include your school name and NECTA registration number. If registration was submitted, say when, and which email the primary contact used.
Accounts and sign-in
Try Forgot password first. If that fails, tell us the account email and the exact message you see when signing in.
Student records and uploads
For a failed upload, send the validation message the system returned and the class you were loading. Do not send the file until asked.
Certificate equivalence
State the awarding body, the qualification and the year of award, and whether you are applying as a school or an individual.
Registering a school for the first time?
You do not need to contact us first. Registration is open, takes three steps, and needs your NECTA number plus two documents.
